Grilled Porkchop with Blueberry Sauce


  • porkchop
  • garlic, minced
  • Calamansi Juice
  • McCormick Thyme Leaves Whole
  • McCormick Rosemary Leaves Whole
  • McCormick Ground Black Pepper
  • McCormick Iodized Salt
  • White Wine or Chicken Stock
  • Blueberry Jam

How to prepare:

  1. Marinate porkchop in garlic, calamansi juice, herbs, salt and pepper.
  2. Set aside in the chiller for at least an hour.
  3. Boil Clara Olé Blueberry Jam and wine or chicken stock. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Cook chops over charcoal grill or pan grill until done.
  5. Pour blueberry sauce over the grilled pork chops.
