Black Forest Mousse
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup Clara Olé Choco Syrup 355ml
- 1/2 cup Clara Olé Maraschino Cherries 280g, chopped (reserve syrup)
- 1/4 cup grated chocolate block
- 1 1/2 tbsp unflavored gelatin, bloomed and melted 3 tbsp water
- 3 pks all-purpose cream, chilled
- 1 1/2 cups store-bought brownies or chocolate cupcakes, crumbled
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp cherry syrup
